At Crossfit Exemplify you will not find rows of stationary bikes and weight machines. Instead you will find barbells, kettlebells, pull up bars and wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, lifting, and throwing. We move the body the way it was meant to be moved. All of your workouts will be comprised of exercises that mimic movements used in day-to-day life.
You will never get bored at Crossfit Exemplify because our programming is constantly varied. Every day is different than the previous day and you will rarely do the same workout within a year. You will never have to program your own workout, as each day a workout will be provided for you. You will be in and out of the gym within an hour with a challenging and fun workout completed.
We will focus on improving your capacity in each of the ten fitness domains; cardio-respiratory endurance, strength, speed, stamina, balance, coordination, accuracy, agility, flexibility and power.
