The form must be submitted at least seven days before the requested hold start date. The minimum hold term is two weeks. You may accrue up to three months on hold during a one year period. How Do I Cancel My Membership? If you're sure you'd like to cancel, please submit this form. Membership cancellation requires a 30 day notice by submitting this form. The 30 day notice will not begin and no action will be taken until the form is submitted. All payments scheduled within the 30 day notice period will be processed in full, not prorated.
