We have a complimentary 1-hour Intro to CrossFit class just for you!  This will be 1-on-1 with a coach.  We will show you the basic CrossFit movements, check your form, show you modifications, etc.  The coach will then guide you through your first workout.

No experience?  Beginner?  Out of shape?  Nervous?   We've got you!  This is what we do.  We take beginners and/or out-of-shape men and women and start from where they are.  Nothing will be too hard for you as we will work with your current level.

Get a feel for CrossFit and the gym.  We know you'll love it!
