Skill Session (30 minutes)

Want to work on a particular lift, skill or movement with a coach's focused attention?  This is for you! Join us for a 30-minute skill focused session and we will work to bring you improvement and progress.


Personal Training - 1 hour

Come workout with a personal coach!  We will create a workout plan aimed at your goals.  Workout will include a warm up, skill/strength, workout, cool down.  Your coach will keep you moving well, modify your movements if needed, and keep you pushing through the hour!


1 Month Personal Training (2 or 3 times/week)

Keep yourself committed for one full month with personal training workouts 2 or 3 times per week.  Workouts tailored to meet your goals.  Bring along a friend/partner for a special discounted rate!
